For the purposes of this Privacy Policy Statement, "Webage" means Web Age Ltd (a Company limited by Guarantee).

Webage is committed to respecting the privacy of any visitor, customer or subscriber. Collection and Use of information
Webage only collect information you provide to us when signing up for, or using, one or more of our services (or services provided by one of our infrastructure suppliers). The information you provide could be basic contact information, payment information, or technical details of your hosts servers (ftp usernames and passwords etc).

We may use your information to contact you about your account or other issues relating to it, technical information responses you may have about services provided by us.

We could also use information about you to make sure we administer your account in accordance with your agreements with us and our infrastructure suppliers.
We also from time to time may use the information we collect to provide information to you about enhancement to a service or any other benefits to you.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user’s computer tied to information about the user. Visp.net may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. IP addresses may be tied to personally identifiable information to enable web-based services. To manage user accounts and for other purposes, we may use tracking tools and utilities such as grep, traceroute, host, nslookup, or others. 

Disclosing your information.
We may disclose information about you, to (i) our Infrastructure suppliers for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy Statement and (ii) in the event that we undergo re-organisation or are wound up, in which case you agree that any personal information we hold about you may be transferred to that re-organised entity or third party for the purposes and subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement.

Please note that Webage does not sell or pass your personal information to anyone else not mentioned in this statement, unless you have given us permission or unless it is necessary to deliver the products and services requested or used by you. For example, we may disclose your data to a credit card company to validate your credit card details and obtain payment when you buy a product or service.

Webage will be obliged to disclose any information about you if it is required by Law.

They may also have been routed through a number of countries and datacenteres before being delivered - this is the nature of the World Wide Web/Internet. Webage cannot accept any kind of responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control.
