Changes to Payment Methods Update – Cheque Payments

Web Age would like to remind you about changes to our payment methods, effective 28/06/19.

What are the changes?

As indicated in previous announcements and email communications over the last 6 weeks,  from 28/06/19 Web Age and Cloudstream Technology are no longer able to accept payment by cheque.

As we indicated in previous announcements, Web Age is integrating more closely with the Cloudstream Technology group and our billing procedures are changing to reflect this.

If cheque payment was the default method on your account, your account will have been updated to default to payment by direct debit. We hope this will offer a more convenient, reliable and secure way to pay for your services and ensure timely renewal. It also helps us offer a cost-effective service and avoid having to pass on administrative costs to our customers.

Please ensure you take action to add a direct debit instruction or card payment method following the steps below.

To pay by direct debit

We now offer online payment by direct debit – please sign up here: https://clients.webage.net/ddi.html

This is now our preferred payment method which we believe offers the most convenient way to pay.

To pay by credit or debit card

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

To pay online, please login at https://clients.webage.net – see under Billing > Invoices when logged in.
